Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management of video related R&D projects;
2. Participate in the development of various R&D project implementation plans
3. Responsible for end-to-end management of R&D project promotion, risk identification and control, quality control, communication and coordination, resource integration and other content management
3. Drive development team resources to ensure successful product version development and delivery of customized market projects

Job requirements:

1. Fresh graduates majoring in Electronic Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Optoelectronic Information, Nuclear Engineering and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above
2. Familiar with analog and digital electronics, familiar with video hardware technology, strong communication and understanding skills, good at discovering and solving problems
3. Strong learning ability, solid professional foundation knowledge, meticulous and serious, strong comprehension ability, good at communication, priority given to those with work experience in the student union
